Program Spotlight: Power of Choice
Our immersive Power of Choice program for deep reach talent from four under-represented communities, in partnership with Korn Ferry, has witnessed a 96.2% rate of retention and 20.5% rate of promotion for participants since its inception in 2021.

Safety Spotlight: The Ergo Cup
A team from Collins Aerospace in Oakville, Canada, was one of five winning teams (out of more than 50 submissions) of the 2023 RTX Ergo Cup. The award recognizes teams across RTX that develop and implement innovative solutions to reduce ergonomic risk. While sanding axle bands on the shop floor, employees at Collins had reported hand fatigue and discomfort. The team used additive manufacturing to develop handles to help improve gripping of the sandpaper – optimizing employee grip strength, decreasing fatigue and eliminating contact pressure.
