"Our team is honored to provide such a broad suite of products to the 777X," said Gail Baker, vice president, Aerospace Customers and Business Development. "These systems not only comprise proven technologies from our systems experience on the Boeing 777, but will also contain new technical solutions to support the improved performance and operating efficiencies of the 777X."
UTC Aerospace Systems' 777X electric power generating system is a completely new main electrical generation system, providing 25 percent more power than the current 777 system, which is also supplied by UTC Aerospace Systems.
