CHARLOTTE, NC, July 26, 2014 – UTC Aerospace Systems today celebrates the second anniversary of its founding, following United Technologies’ acquisition of Goodrich Corporation in July 2012. UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS) is a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

Following the completion of the acquisition, UTC combined its Hamilton Sundstrand unit with Goodrich to form UTC Aerospace Systems.
