TIANJIN, China, Nov. 15, 2016 — Taizhou Xingye International Center, a new high-end complex in Taizhou in China’s eastern Jiangsu province, will be equipped with 27 Otis elevators. Covering an area of 125,800 square meters, the 248-meter Taizhou Xingye International Center will be an integrated complex that houses offices, retail space and a hotel. Located in the city’s financial services park, Taizhou Xingye International Center is expected to be the tallest building in Taizhou city.
The 27 elevators supplied to the complex by Otis Elevator China Co., Ltd. (“Otis China”) include 13 Otis SkyRise® elevators and 14 Otis Gen2® elevators. Designed for high-rise buildings and skyscrapers, the Otis SkyRise elevator offers a rise of up to 600 meters with single-deck, double-deck and super-double-deck configurations. A number of China’s new high-rise landmarks, including Shenzhen Ping’an Financial Center, Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Center and Chengdu Yintai Center, have selected Otis SkyRise elevators.
