After taking a career break, Donna Collier is now a Research & Development Project Engineer thanks to the Re-Empower program. She explains that going through the program was a “very positive experience” and would “wholeheartedly recommend” it to anyone looking to rejoin the workforce. Collier found that meeting “a vast variety of people who have had different career paths and nontraditional experiences” during the Re-Empower program, primarily during orientation, was inspiring and helped motivate her throughout the process.
