Jim Geisler is Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Planning. He joined UTC’s Pratt & Whitney subsidiary in 1993 where he held a variety of financial assignments at P&W and UTC over the next four years. In 1997, he was named Director, UTC Strategic Planning, and in 1999 became Director, Investor Relations. In January 2001, he was named Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, and in February 2004 he was named Vice President, Finance with responsibility for Treasury, Investor Relations, Financial Planning, and Shared Business Services, serving as one of the company’s two chief financial officers. In September 2008, Jim was named Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Planning with responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, strategic direction and forecasting.

He received his B.A. in finance from the University of Kentucky in 1988 and M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia in 1993.
