HARTFORD, Conn., June 11, 2008 -– United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 32 cents per common share payable Sept. 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Aug. 15.

UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 72 consecutive years dating to 1936.
