HARTFORD, Conn., February 5, 2007 -- United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) Board of Directors today declared a dividend of 26.5 cents per common share payable March 10 to shareowners of record at the close of business Feb. 16.

UTC has paid cash dividends on its common stock for 71 consecutive years dating to 1936.
