Institutional Investor ranks UTC first in Aerospace & Defense Electronics

Institutional Investor magazine rated UTC as the "Top Shareholder-Friendly" company in the Aerospace & Defense Electronics sector.

The ranking was based on scores from portfolio and sell-side equity analysts who were asked by Institutional Investor to choose the most share-holder friendly companies in their domains. Fifty seven companies made the list and were categorized by industry sector.

In the article, UMB Investment Advisors analyst Timothy Burger said, "They are very transparent. You get a view of all of their business and details about how the different units are performing."

Institutional Investor magazine has been published for nearly 40 years and focuses on providing financial information to institutional investors.
