Green, as in environmentally friendly, is in the
three shades of gray paint Sikorsky applied to a new U.S. Navy CH-60S
fleet combat support helicopter. This paint contains none of the
volatile organic compounds that contribute to air pollution. Another
plus: The new coating weighs significantly less than the previous
paint.
