Riello introduces AARIA Start, the new monosplit air conditioning unit, built upon the dependable design of the original AARIA range, to provide customers with enhanced efficiency and a sustainable operation. AARIA Start is distinguished by its ease of use and functional aesthetics, which perfectly integrate into the existing home environment. Riello Group, a leader in products and services for heating, air conditioning and energy efficiency, is a part of UTC Climate, Controls & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).

“The new AARIA Start further enhances and completes Riello’s AARIA range, already consisting of the monosplit inverter heat pumps AARIA S3, AARIA Mono Plus and the monoblock air conditioner AARIA One Inverter,” explains Raffaele D’Alvise, marketing and engineering director, Riello Group. “Compliant with the updated European legislation, Riello continues to invest in product development and environmental stewardship to provide customers a range of options, while taking into consideration regulations and system applied cost effect. The AARIA Start range uses R-32 refrigerant, which meets regulatory requirements and reduces the effects on global warming.”

The intuitive display of Riello’s AARIA Start allows users to view the ambient temperature and any error messages, thanks to the luminous LEDs that indicate the operation of the unit, timer and compressor. A handy infrared remote control allows the customer to manage the full potential of the air conditioner. A Wi-Fi kit enables remote access via internet as well as iOS or Android app.

AARIA Start includes four models at varying cooling capacities: 2,6 kW, 3,6 kW, 5,2 kW and 7,0 kW. These provide a range of operations in external temperatures: from -15°C in heating and up to a +46°C in cooling mode.

The AARIA Start’s compressor is a rotary type and minimizes vibrations during operation. This feature, combined with the sound-absorbing components inside the compressor compartment, minimizes the noise of the machine. The internal structure is completed by an aluminum exchange battery and fan.

With straight and left-handed pipes, the AARIA Start combines easy and flexible installation with folder type connections.

All elements are specially designed to ensure excellent performance and durability. The AARIA Start outdoor unit, for example, consists of a metal cover with weather protection and a grid and plastic cover to protect against the elements.

The AARIA Start range offers customers energy-efficient products, scoring an A++ European Energy Labelling in cooling and an A+ European Energy Labelling in heating.
