Jamie S. Gorelick, Partner, WilmerHale
JAMIE S. GORELICK is a partner at the international law firm, WilmerHale, having joined the firm in 2003. Ms. Gorelick represents companies on regulatory, compliance, governance and enforcement issues. She has held numerous positions in the U.S. Government, serving as Deputy Attorney General of the United States, as General Counsel of the Department of Defense, as Assistant to the Secretary of Energy, and as a member of the bipartisan National Commission on Terrorist Threats Upon the United States. Ms. Gorelick is currently a member of the boards of the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, and The Urban Institute. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. In February 2012, Ms. Gorelick became a member of the Board of Directors of Amazon.com, Inc. She previously served as a director of Schlumberger, Ltd. from 2002 to 2010. Ms. Gorelick is 62 and has been a UTC director since 2000.
