Contact the Board of Directors

There are three ways for interested persons to communicate to UTC’s Board of Directors, to the independent or non-management Directors or to the Lead Director concerns regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters or other matters.

  1. You may write to the Office of the Corporate Secretary at the following address.

    The Corporate Secretary will forward your concern to the Board of Directors, the independent or non-management Directors, the Lead Director or to the appropriate Committee of the Board of Directors.

  2. You may also submit a concern by sending an email message. The Corporate Secretary will forward your concern in the same manner as noted above.

  3. You may also raise concerns in confidence by contacting a UTC Ombudsman, at 800.871.9065, or by using UTC’s Ombudsman/DIALOG secure website.
