UTC strives to maintain the highest environmental standards everywhere we do business. Environmental sustainability is an important part of both our operations and our products as they perform in service.

We have a history of setting aggressive environmental goals and pursuing them by continuously improving our processes at every level of the company. In addition to our own work and to overcome some of today’s greatest challenges, we partner with other companies and non-governmental organizations to find and implement solutions.

Over the last four years, we progressed from site Environmental Health &Safety impact goals to a broader program that incorporates site, supply chain, and product goals. Our new 2011-2015Sustainability Goals continue to broaden our programs and reflect this evolution. Read more about these goals in CR in Depth.
