Employee Resource Groups

Because we are committed to a culture of diversity that promotes inclusion and workplace equality for everyone​, we encourage and support membership within an Employee Resource Group (ERG). In 2015, with more than 50 chapters across the company, 19,000 members of our workforce reported belonging to an ERG.

The ERGs' collective mission is to support our efforts to attract, develop and retain top talent globally. They are instrumental in assisting with the design of mentoring programs, retention initiatives, philanthropic outreach, and important policy and guideline recommendations. These networks help raise the visibility of their constituencies through various activities while building a sense of community and increasing engagement among our employees.

We strive to develop ERGs from nine core dimensions: African-American, Asian-American, Disability, Generational, Hispanic-American, LGBT Pride, Military/Veterans, Professional and Women.
