In addition to the in-depth finance and supply chain knowledge I acquired, I was also challenged to develop my communication skills by having to work regularly with nine commodity management groups, three sub-business units, and the senior management team.

OLP Associate

Imagine as a young professional your manager introducing you to his counterparts as “a future leader of the company.” More

As an OLP associate, employees look at you and see the future of UTC. We are not placed in roles to sustain a functioning process, but to take the process apart and reassemble it into a system that adds continuous value to the business. As OLPs we don’t maintain, we leave legacies.
