The UTC Operations Leadership Program (OLP) is a  premier program that develops associates in three functional areas of Operations: Manufacturing, Supply Management and Quality.

About Our Program

The Operations Leadership Program (OLP) provides associates with cross-divisional and cross-functional exposure to Operations while enhancing their professional leadership skills.

It is a two-year rotational program. Throughout each eight-month rotation, associates are challenged to gain in-depth knowledge of UTC's products and brands, serve as change agents in fast-paced and dynamic environments, and develop a strong network of leaders to ensure successful careers in Operations. 

Assignments

Our Operations Leadership Program will put you in the midst of a transformation that is sweeping across Operations across the company. You will engage people, strategize and deploy initiatives using your diverse skills and competencies to meet extraordinary business and career challenges.

Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst

Supplier Performance Analyst

Cell Leader

Shop Floor Supervisor

Manufacturing Engineer

Quality Specialist

Professional Development

Senior management holds the OLP in high regard and monitors the status and progress of the program and its participants on a regular basis. That means you’ll be building a wide-reaching professional network, with exposure and visibility among top UTC Operations executives. As a graduate of the Operations Leadership Program, you’ll be fully prepared to do well for yourself and for the company.
