Amanda White

As a recent graduate of the program, HRLP provided me opportunities within the company that may not have been open to me without the skills and network I gained through the program. More

The HRLP program sets participants up for success by creating opportunities for network development, senior leadership exposure, and by providing robust and diverse rotational assignments where participants can accelerate skill development and build a solid understanding of the business. For me personally, it was one of the best decisions I could have made for my career and development in HR.
Also as a graduate of the program, one of the things I valued most while in the program, was the mentorship and support from leaders, the program manager and from other HRLP participants. The camaraderie and support within the HRLP cohort is invaluable, especially when moving to a new site or assignment.
