I love the dynamic nature of this role in that every audit is unique. There is also great visibility to senior management and ample opportunities to present audit findings, conclusions and recommendations.

Matthew

This position is a unique experience culturally, but it also gives the associate a chance to work in a high-profile operations facility. More

Within this role there is a lot of focus on implementing process improvements across the business. Additionally, I’m working closely with the operations teams to help track productivity by product line on a more consistent basis. Each of my four rotations has been at a different business unit, but it’s great to see that the skills I’ve gained transfer perfectly to new projects in new locations – even new countries – across the entire UTC portfolio.
