UTC’s Tier 2 program expands our Supplier Diversity efforts to our Tier 1/prime suppliers by encouraging them to do business with competitive diverse companies. Our Tier 2 program provides additional opportunities to diverse suppliers, strengthens our supply chain and captures millions of dollars of diverse purchases each year.
